NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) has summarized the traffic conditions of the Expressway in Hokkaido during the Obon period as follows.

Traffic volume during one period

  • The average traffic volume in the major sections (average value of the eight major sections) is 21,600 units, 102% higher than last year have become.
  • The traffic volume on the Hokkaido Expressway and the Fudaru Expressway was roughly the same as last year.
