About holding the "4th Ezo Deer Menu Contest"

NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward) will hold the "4th Ezo Deer Menu Contest".

In the contest, the cooking staff in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) in Hokkaido will make an effort to create a menu using "ezo deer meat".

On the day of the event, "Kitchen Support Blue" Noriyasu Aoyama, "French Restaurant Le Purcoa Pa" Mr. Takayuki Kubota, and two cooking experts were invited as special review committee members. The screening will be conducted by a total of 8 people, including Mr. Hiroyuki Ida, Executive Director of the Ezo Deer Association.

Also, The menus to be displayed in this contest will be sold at each SA/PA from July 1st to the end of September. Please enjoy it.

1 Purpose of the event

Promote the effective use of sika deer meat and help establish a brand unique to Hokkaido.
In addition, by listening to the opinions of the cooking experts invited as judges, we will further improve customer service in the future.
