Details on how to apply for the present campaign to commemorate the opening of the Ochibe IC from the Do-O Expressway Mori Interchange (IC) being constructed by the NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City), the details of the present, etc. have been decided. So let me know.

Application period

From Saturday, November 26, 2011 to Wednesday, January 25, 2012 (effective postmark on that day)

Present

A lottery will win a wonderful gift for 500 people.
Prize A "ETC on-board unit (separate antenna)" (200 people) or "local special products"
Prize B "Travel gift voucher (5,000 yen)" (80 persons) or "local special products"

Application method

Please prepare the following 3 points and apply by envelope.

  1. Doo Do Mori IC-Ochibe IC "receipt" (original) or "use certificate" (*)
    *The "use certificate" is the original received at the toll booth or printed by the ETC use inquiry service.
    ◎If the running section includes an open section (between Mori IC and Ochibe IC), you will be eligible for application.
    (Example)
    Receipt of "Sapporo Minami IC → Mori IC"...Target
    Receipt of "Mori IC → Ochibe IC"...Target
    Receipt of "Sapporo Minami IC → Ochibe IC"... Not applicable (because you are not driving in the open section)
  2. Original receipts or purchase receipts (*) for purchases of products and facility usage over 1,000 yen in Morimachi and Yakumocho
    * Receipts or receipts have the name of the municipality. If the name of the municipality is not stated, enter the address of the place of purchase of the product, etc. on the back side. This applies to the day of the Expressway use and the day before and after the day before and after.
  3. questionnaire
    Please use the leaflet paper for this campaign or print out the questionnaire page on the home page.

Please note that we do not return receipts/certificates of usage of the Expressway you applied for, nor receipts/receipts in Morimachi or Yakumo.
