NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) target "Hokkaido Highway Menu Contest" for Hokkaido service area (SA) and parking area (PA) stores. It will be held.
In this contest, as a special judge, SEKKA maruyama, owner chef Kazuo Kodairi, who has a deep knowledge of Hokkaido's food culture, Ms. Mieko Sakai, the instructor in charge of Kita Gas Cooking School, and Miss Hokkaido Ume who promotes Hokkaido rice. Inviting (1 person), the representatives of each store will be able to make menus that utilize ingredients from Hokkaido in two departments, "Breakfast menu part" using Hokkaido rice and "Donburi menu part" Sift.
In addition, the menus to be displayed in the contest are scheduled to start selling at each SA/PA from late December, so please enjoy them.
1 Purpose of the event
By conducting the contest, each SA/PA will promote the development of a new menu in which they compete. In addition, we will strive to further improve our customer service in the future by listening to the opinions of cooking experts invited as judges.
