How to pass when exit ETC lane is closed

ETC cannot be used at the exit of the Zenikan toll gate during the period, so please stop at the general lane and hand the "ETC card" to the toll gate staff.

When the discount conditions are met, a time zone discount (commuting, midnight, holiday daytime) will be applied.

• Points added by mileage registration will be added in the same way as when running ETC.
• Time zone discounts (commuting, midnight, daytime on holidays) are applicable only when "equipped with an onboard device" and paid with "ETC card".
• If the ETC lane is closed at the entrance to the Asari Toll Gate, you will receive the entrance ticket and an "entrance ticket" will be sent to the toll gate staff at the exit general lane saying that ETC was not available at the entrance toll gate. Please hand over the "ETC card". If you are traveling with a time discount, please contact the toll gate staff.
• In order to apply the discount for persons with disabilities, in addition to the "ETC card" and "entrance ticket (when you receive the entrance ticket at the Asari Toll Gate)", you will need to show your "Disability Certificate" in the general lane at the exit.
