Around 13:50 on June 17 (Tuesday), we received a report saying that something like a lump of concrete had fallen onto the roof of the car while running in the Wakatake Tunnel on the Sasson Expressway As a result of the employee's confirmation of the site, it was confirmed that the adhesive leakage prevention plug had fallen into the tunnel, and the location of the drop was identified by an emergency inspection and investigation.

4 Cause of fall
