本日開催した当社第19期定時株主総会において取締役が選任され、同株主総会終結後に開催した取締役会において次のとおり代表取締役が選定され、就任しました。
当社の役員人事のうち、所管大臣の認可が必要な代表取締役については、閣議決定（「特殊会社の役員人事に関する当面の対応方針について」（平成22年5月18日））に基づき、第三者が評価を行う委員会を設け、同委員会から別紙1のとおり役員として適任であるとの評価を受けております。
