NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and Nexeria East Japan (Minato-ku, Tokyo) are working to create unique and attractive service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) (hereinafter referred to as "SA/PA") that make use of local characteristics. Starting on Tuesday, 2024 is proud of.
A total of 121 entries were submitted from SAs and PAs in the Hokkaido and East Japan areas, including menus that use plenty of local ingredients and local menus that are familiar to each region. After the "Hokkaido/Prefectural Preliminaries" and "Finals", we will decide on the "No. 1 Highway Meshi" that everyone wants to eat. This time, we are using a method to determine the No. 1 menu based on the evaluations of customers who have actually eaten the entry menu and the results of open voting on the website and SNS, and this is a first for our company.
In addition, we will welcome Yoh Hashimoto, also known as ``Foreign Fat Hasshi'', a gourmet entertainer who travels around Japan to spread gourmet information in order to energize Japan through food, as our ambassador, and together we will share the charms of ``Highway Meshi.'' I will tell you.

The menu that receives the most support from customers who have tried the entry menu at each SA/PA store will advance to the finals.
From among those who rate the entry menu, 300 people will be randomly selected to receive a 1,000 yen Amazon gift card (email type)!
<Final Round> Voting period: 2024 February 9 (Fri.) - March 10 (Sun.)
From the menus that have won the prefectural and regional qualifying rounds, the "No. 1 highway meal" that everyone wants to eat will be decided by voting on the website and social media. Anyone can vote in the final round.
We will randomly select 125 people who voted to win luxurious prizes!
The announcement of "No.1 Highway Meal" is scheduled for late March 2024.
