NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has decided on the C3 Gaikan Expressway "Toda-Nishi Interchange (entrance)" and "Toda-higashi Interchange (entrance)" in light of changes in social conditions such as the Large of ETC utilization rates in recent years. - Please use it with an ETC car.
