According to the weather forecast, the large and ferocious typhoon No. 19 will move northward, and there is a risk that it will approach eastern Japan or land on the ground from 12th (Sat) to 13th (Sun).
As a result, heavy rain, strong winds, etc. may occur in a wide area of eastern Japan, and it may be closed on a wide range of Expressway in the Kanto region (section in the attached figure) after noon on Saturday, 12th.
Even on Expressway Tohoku and Niigata regions, traffic may be closed after the evening of Saturday, December 12, due to future typhoon tracks. If the weather forecast increases the possibility of road closures, we will inform you one by one, so please visit this website.
