NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) E4 Tohoku Expressway Hasuda Service Area (SA) The In-bound line will be relocated about 2.5 km from its current location toward Tokyo, and will open this summer as NEXCO EAST 's largest facility.
The new Hasuda SA (In-bound line) has a parking space about 3 times larger than the current SA, and the scale of commercial facilities is about twice as large. As a commercial facility, "Pasar" developed by NEXCO EAST we provide a wide variety of services to our customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the residents living in the neighborhood during the construction period until the opening of the building. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Commercial facility store
To meet a wide range of customer needs, a total of 22 shops and gas stations will open, including restaurants, food courts, cafes, bakeries, shopping, fresh produce, and convenience stores.
Expressway In addition to the customers who use it, we have also improved the usage environment from general roads so that it can be used for daily shopping by local customers.

What's "Pasar"
It is a combination of "PA" in the "parking area", "SA" in the "service area" and "R" in the relaxation, and also means "market" in Indonesian. As a new form of SA / PA, we want to propose to our customers "a place where you can relax and take a break during the trip" and "a lively place where you can enjoy yourself during the trip".
