East Expressway (Ltd.), medium-Japan Expressway (Ltd.), West Expressway (Ltd.), capital Expressway Corporation, Hanshin Expressway Co., Ltd. and the Honshu-Shikoku Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Expressway 6 "Company") has been sharing the vehicle restriction order violation information with six companies on Expressway since October 1, 2016, and will reflect it in discount suspension measures.
Expressway 6 The company aims to maintain road structures, prevent road law violations, and raise awareness of safe driving, as violations such as excess weight are a factor that causes roads to deteriorate significantly. As well as thorough enforcement of crackdown on illegal vehicles, from April 1, 2017, Expressway 6, the company's large/frequent discount system will have discount suspension measures for those who violate vehicle restrictions. We have decided to review the above, so we will inform you.
1 Details of review of discount suspension measures, etc.
(1) Review of violation points

- Regardless of the result of the immediate complaint, points will be added separately according to the violation.
2. [Score classification] Revision of score classification according to the issuing standards of measure orders, etc.

- For definitions of terms for violation types (guidance warning, action orders A to C), Attachment [PDF: 269KB] Please refer to. "Equivalent to instant accusation" refers to a violation that is more than twice the standard weight among the violations equivalent to measure order B or C.
(2) Review of cumulative period
1. Large the cumulative period of violation points from 3 months (current) to 2 years (from April 1, 2017)
2. Accumulation of violation points
- (1) If you make an immediate complaint in 1., "Partial discount suspension (1 month or more)" will be applied regardless of the cumulative violation points.
[Precautions regarding cumulative violation points]
- Even after the cumulative violation score of 150 points, the partial suspension period is extended by 1 month for every 30 points.
Example: Cumulative violation points 180 points ⇒ Partial suspension (3 months), 210 points ⇒ Partial suspension (4 months), etc. - Eastern Japan Expressway Co., Ltd. Central Japan Expressway Co., Ltd. and Western Japan Expressway Co., Ltd. ETC corporate card usage agreements stipulated, capital Expressway Co., Ltd., Hanshin Expressway Co., Ltd., and Honshu-Shikoku Communication Expressway Co., Ltd. are in violation of business rules. Further measures apply.
