NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has summarized traffic congestion prediction and countermeasures due to traffic concentration during the Obon period [August 6th (Thursday) to 16th (Sunday): 11 days].
1 Request for distributed use
- This traffic congestion forecast is based on the traffic conditions of the past Bon Festival, New Year holidays, and Golden Week.
- The tendency of traffic jam during the Obon period is Out-bound line from Thursday, August 13th, In-bound line from Friday, August 14th to Sunday, August 16th We anticipate that there will be a lot of traffic congestion. [Traffic occurrence tendency is as shown below]
