NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is the new work of "Dora (Doraku) Bento" series on Sunday, September 1st. "Miyagi no Megumi Wagyu Sukiyaki Bento" (880 yen: tax included) and "Megumi Iwate Vegetables, Aya, Chicken Soy Sauce Koji Yaki Bento" (880 yen: tax included) Has been released.

This "dora lunch" is a Yahoo that supports the reconstruction of Tohoku! It was jointly developed with JAPAN and is a "specialty gem" that uses plenty of ingredients from Miyagi and Iwate prefectures.

"Miyagi no Megumi Wagyu Sukiyaki Bento" is Miyagi Wagyu from Miyagi Prefecture, and "Iwate no Megumi Aya Chicken Soy Sauce Koji Yaki Bento" is Iwate Prefecture's famous chicken "Naga Aya Chicken" It is a lunch box where you can fully enjoy the "Megumi" of both prefectures.

Introduction

"Sukiyaki", which is popular with people of all ages, from children to the elderly, is made into a gong bento. The main beef is "Miyagi Wagyu" from Miyagi prefecture, where you can enjoy the tenderness and sweetness of the beef.

"Namakonbu-nibi" is carefully selected and used from Sanriku, where you can enjoy a thick but soft texture.

For chopstick rest, we also served "pickled vegetables". It is a Miyagi prefecture famous product that you can enjoy the refreshing flavor and crispy texture.

For rice, we use Miyagi prefecture's sasanishiki, which has a light flavor, a texture that you can easily relax in your mouth, and is delicious even when cold.

Introduction

For the main ingredient, chicken, Iwate Prefecture's famous chicken "Nana, Aya, Chicken" is soaked in soy sauce koji, and then the soy sauce koji is applied on the back side and baked to make it brown. Since it is grown mainly using vegetable feed, it does not have the habit or odor characteristic of chicken, and it is soft even when cooled, so even people who are not good at chicken can enjoy it deliciously.

"Nago, Aya, Chicken Soboroni" is a roasted minced meat with a moderate sweetness and spiciness.

"Nanban Miso-zuke" uses Nanban from Iwate prefecture, and it is a spicy spicy and delicious flavor.
