NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the Board of Directors' meeting held today the candidates for officers to be proposed for the 5th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 28, 2010 as follows.
Representative directors, executive directors, and full-time corporate auditors will be selected at the Board of Directors and the Board of Corporate Auditors held after the shareholders meeting.
