4 Customer questionnaire survey results in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA)
Along with the start of the discount on March 28, we conducted a questionnaire survey to customers regarding the discounted tolls on Expressway eight rest facilities in the area. The cooperation of 1,047 customers.
- Most customers were aware of discounts on Expressway in rural areas starting from Saturday, March 28 (up to 1,000 yen on holidays).

5 Regarding the entrance status of surrounding tourist facilities, etc.
