Overview of "Pasar Makuhari (In-bound Line)"

[Facility concept]

• On the In-bound line, which has a deep shape, a 24-hour convenience store and toilets are placed around the central plaza (square) as the core facility for attracting customers. The shop is resembled as a hall on Koen-dori, and the staying property in the facility is enhanced.
• The concept is to create a comfortable commercial facility that provides customers with "anshin" and "kandou" with the aim of creating a space that can be enjoyed in each scene.

Store contents

• Convenience store "Family Mart", hamburger specialty store "McDonalds", bakery cafe "Bread's Plus", prepared buffet restaurant "AEN TABLE" using ingredients from local Chiba prefecture, fried kamaboko/oden "iso umaya", ice cream It consists of "Magic Ice", a food booth "Fudo FOODS Makuhari" with 5 booths that make use of special products from Chiba Prefecture, "Shunsyo Club" in the shopping zone, and "Seiyo-Kan" massage.
• At "Shunsen Club", which offers carefully selected seasonal products according to usage scenarios, we mainly assume that customers returning to Tokyo will use "Chiba famous products", "region limited", and "local production for local consumption".
