The Highway Card (Hika) is no longer available from April 1, 2006. The number of hikers remaining in the customer's hand is replaced with ETC or refunded.

Customers requesting a refund specified a bank, credit union, agricultural cooperative, or other financial institution as the transfer destination. You can transfer money to your account. Please fill out the "Highway Card Refund Application Form" (application form) provided in the toll booth office or service area, etc., and either mail the hiker with it or mail it to the nearest reception desk with the hiker. 2 How to apply

  1. Refund method

  2. Refund period

  3. How to calculate the refund amount
    The remaining number of hikers you have will be settled according to the following formula and refunded.

Refund amount calculation formula (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded up.)
Refund amount = number of remaining hikers on hand x (sale price ÷ face value)
*Reissued hikers will be calculated based on the selling price and face value of the original hikers before reissued.

When changing to ETC, the remaining number of hikers you have will be changed to ETC. For details on switching to ETC, please refer to the website of each Expressway company or contact the customer service desk.

3 Handling of personal information

Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the replacement of hikers with ETC and the refund of hikers.
