Purpose of formulation
NEXCO EAST was established on October 1, 2005 from the former Japan Road Public Corporation, and was established for 9 years in October 2014. This document summarizes the efforts of the Company for the purpose of privatization, the cost reductions that have been made since the privatization, the results of the group management system, etc. This is a guideline for future business execution, taking into account the opinions of external advisors (see the table below).
