NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) has been working with Ibaraki Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, and Gunma Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Prefectures") since Saturday, April 1, 2023 to implement the "Northern Kanto Tour Free Pass", which is limited to ETC vehicles and allows unlimited use of Expressway in the three Expressway for a fixed fare, with the aim of promoting tourism and expressway use.

We would like to inform you that applications for service commencing on or after Tuesday, April 1, 2025 will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to use the "North Kanto Tourist Free Pass" and enjoy a great deal while experiencing the charms of the three prefectures.

1. 1. Period of use

Up to 2 or 3 consecutive days
However, in order to ease congestion on Expressway, blackout dates will be set for these products.
The blackout days from April to June are Golden Week (April 25th to May 7th).
Please note that we cannot accept applications for use on these dates.
Blackout dates from July onwards will be announced on the Dorawari application page.

• If you start using the plan on the day before the blackout date, it will be for one day only.
  If you start using the service two days before the blackout date, you can use it for a maximum of two days.

2. Target model

Ordinary cars, light cars, etc. (including motorcycles) used by ETC

• ETC corporate card cannot be used.

3. 3. Sales plan / sales price

1. Metropolitan area departure plan (1 round trip from the metropolitan area departure area to the tour area and free entry and exit within the tour area)

Four. Target area

• Only major ICs and JCTs are listed for the metropolitan area departure area and tour area.
• This discount does not apply to toll roads managed by the Metropolitan Expressway, Gaikan Expressway, and other local road corporations, and a separate fee is required.

Five. How to apply

Additionally, we are running a campaign in which additional ETC mileage points will be awarded if you apply for and use Dorawari, which is sold by our company, on weekdays only. Please check the URL below for details.
