　このたび、弊社が実施する『ETCマイレージサービスのポイントプラスキャンペーン』の対象となる一部のお客さまにおいて、キャンペーンポイントが本来ご利用月の翌々月20日に付与されるべきところ、付与されていなかったことが判明しました。
　お客さまには多大なるご迷惑をお掛けしましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

1. Target customers

During the usage period from November 7th (Monday) to December 27th (Tuesday), 2022, apply for the following Dora Discount during the usage period only on weekdays and register for the ETC mileage service. Customers (1610 people)

2. Future action

Eligible customers will be awarded eligible campaign points on March 20, 2020 (Monday).
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our customers, and will review the confirmation method in the future and strive to prevent recurrence.
