How to request

Customers who use the disability discount by presenting a notebook

• When presenting the notebook, please also inform the toll gate staff that the renewal procedure has not been completed.
• After confirming the required items, including the expiration date, we will apply the discount if it meets the discount application requirements.
  
  • Please note that if you request after paying the toll, the discount cannot be applied.

Customers who use the disability discount through ETC

• 2020 Toll road ETC discount for those who will reach the discount expiration date of the disability discount from March 1st to 2020 July 30th The registration section will extend the expiration date of the discount to 2020 July 31. There is no need to request from the customer when changing.

Notice
