According to the weather forecast, Typhoon No. 17 will travel in the Sea of Japan in the future, and there is a risk of approaching or landing in Hokkaido from Monday 23rd to Tuesday 24th.
For this reason, heavy rains and strong winds may hit a wide area of eastern Japan, and the Expressway the sections shown in the table below may be closed.
Expressway are requested to check the latest weather forecast and traffic conditions before going out, and change the operation and travel plans as necessary.
