[E82] Chiba-Togane Road Noro Parking Area (Out-bound Line) Notice of partial usage restrictions for parking lots, etc.

NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) is more safe and comfortable to use the rest facility. E82 Chiba-Togane Road Noro Parking Area (“PA”) In the Out-bound line, we will implement barrier-free parking, repair pavements and repair sidewalks.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the use of parking lots during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1 restricted locations and dates

(1) Restricted areas: Chiba-Togane Road Noro PA (Out-bound line) parking area (For details, see the attached sheet [PDF: 678KB])​

• Restrooms and commercial facilities are available. (2019 except during the nighttime closure of the April and July)

• Attached to each line E82 The indication such as shows the route number (numbering) of Expressway.

(2) Date: 2018 December 10 (Monday) -2019 mid-July all day (24 hours)

• We also carry out Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In addition, the construction period will be extended depending on the progress of construction.

2 Construction overview

At Noro PA (Out-bound Chiba-Togane Road we will make the parking lot barrier-free, pavement repair, and sidewalk repair work. In addition, the parking lot area will be divided due to construction work, and usage restrictions will be applied for each area throughout the day and night. Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.
