NEXCO EAST At Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture), E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Tohoku Expressway") In-bound Line Tochigi IC-Iwafune JCT, 2018 4 In order for the Tochigi Prefectural Police to investigate the traffic accident that occurred on the 22nd of March, we will close the road (2 hours) from 21:00 to 23:00 on June 27, 2018 (Wednesday).

3 Regarding transfer fare adjustment due to suspension of traffic
For customers who temporarily flow out of the Expressway due to traffic closure, bypass the closed section and re-inflow and transfer in the forward direction, we will make a "transfer adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the section used.
