Please note.
There are two important themes this time! !
2. Learn how to deal with emergencies and prevent secondary accidents.
1 In preparation for sudden snowfall, prepare for winter as soon as possible (wear winter tires and carry tire chains).
It snowed in a wide area in Kanto on 24th of this month, and the first snow was observed in Tokyo for the first time in 54 years.
Driving on snowy roads with summer tires can cause accidents due to slippage and serious traffic congestion due to getting stuck.
It is important to equip winter equipment early and early in preparation for sudden snowfall.
The braking distance of summer tires on snowy roads is 1.6 times that of winter tires.
Please wear winter tires and carry a tire chain, not only for your safety, but also for the effects of being stuck on other people.

2 Learn how to deal with emergencies and prevent secondary accidents.
There are many accidents in which a car that follows stops after a car that has stopped due to an accident or a car breakdown, and when a driver or passenger gets out of the car, the car is run over by a car that follows.
Please be sure to check what to do in the event of an accident or breakdown, and be careful not to have a secondary accident.
