NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will take the following toll-free measures so that it can be used as a bypass for National Highway No. 8 and National Highway No. 116, which restrict traffic to carry out intensive snow removal work. It will be announced.

Entrance: Tsubame Sanjo → Exit: Nakanoshima Mitsuke, Nagaoka, Nishiyama or Kashiwazaki
Entrance: Nakanoshima Mitsuke → Exit: Tsubame Sanjo, Nagaoka, Nishiyama or Kashiwazaki
Entrance: Nagaoka → Exit: Tsubame Sanjo, Nakanoshima Mitsuke, Nishiyama or Kashiwazaki
Entrance: Nishiyama → Exit: Tsubame Sanjo, Nakanoshima Mitsuke, Nagaoka, Kashiwazaki
