Target traffic closure

Due to an accident that occurred on September 30, 2014 (Tuesday), the Iwatsuki IC (Out-bound line) was closed from Urawa IC on the Tohoku Expressway between 20:00 and 21:15.

Target customers

Of the customers who flowed out at Urawa IC (exit from Tokyo) due to suspension of traffic, re-entered from the following ICs and traveled Out-bound the Tohoku Expressway toward Sendai, who paid in cash.

Tohoku Expressway Urawa IC (entrance to Sendai), Iwatsuki IC, Kuki IC, Kazo IC
Ken-O Road Expressway Shiraoka Iris IC

For customers who pay with an ETC card, the fare will be adjusted correctly at the time of billing.
