3. Target traffic method

During the above-mentioned closed hours, an ETC car once exits the Expressway from one of the following table A (Fukagawa Nishi Main Line toll gate/Fukagawa toll gate) and then again B below (Fukagawa Nishi Main Line toll gate/Fukagawa toll gate/Takigawa) Some of the customers who transfer to the Do-O Expressway from any of the tollgate, Naie-Sunakawa tollgate, Bibai tollgate, Mikasa tollgate, Iwamizawa tollgate, Ebetsu east tollgate, and Ebetsu west tollgate

4. Event

Occasionally, the charge adjustment amount due to suspension of traffic is not charged due to the amount charged from the credit card company, the mileage redemption amount being deducted from the balance, or the "hiker/prepayment" balance management service balance being deducted.

5. How to respond

We will charge by one of the following methods.
(1) Next billing by credit card
(2) Billing by deducting from the balance of "Hiker/prepayment" balance management service

There is no problem in requesting connection adjustment for the Out-bound line (direction of Shibetsu Kenbuchi) in the same section.

6. Notes

For transfer adjustments from tollgates other than the Murata tollgate, there is no problem because the billing amount is after the transfer adjustment.
