   (1) December 28, 2006 (Thursday) 23:35-2:00 the following day
   (2) Saturday, December 30, 2006 13:46-16:20
3. Target traffic method
   During the above-mentioned closed hours, an ETC vehicle once exited the Joshinetsu Expressway from one of the "Nakago Toll Gate/Myoko Kogen Toll Gate/Arai PA Smart Toll Gate" and again to "Nakago Toll Gate/Myoko Kogen Toll Gate/Arai PA Some of the customers who have transferred to the Joshinetsu Expressway or Hokuriku Expressway from any of the smart toll gates, Joetsu Takada toll gates, Joetsu toll gates and Meitachi Tanihama toll gates
   
4. Occurrence event
   Occasionally, the amount charged by the credit card company does not reflect the charge adjustment due to the suspension of traffic.
5. How to respond
   We will refund by one of the following methods.
   (1) Refund the next time you request a credit card
   (2) Refund by adjusting the balance of the free mileage reduction amount of the mileage service
   (3) Refund by adjusting the balance of the "Hiker/prepayment" balance management service
   • If you have used the mileage reduction amount or hiker balance before, we will put it back into the mileage reduction amount or hiker balance.
     If you have never used the mileage reduction amount or hiker balance, we will refund it at the time of billing from the credit company.
6. Please note
   There is no problem with the transfer adjustment for the In-bound line in the same section, as the billing amount is after the transfer adjustment.
