About switching to a new method of the electronic bidding system

What is the new e-bidding system method (post-Java method)? Do I need to set up my PC?

A1.

The environment currently used is Java (JRE8 dedicated to electronic bidding) provided by Oracle, but the new method (de-Java method) uses Microsoft's ".NET Framework" (*). In order to use the new method (de-Java method), you need to install the latest tools provided by a private certificate authority.
*For Windows 8 and later OS, "NET Framework 4.6.1" or higher version is installed from the time of purchase.

Please set it by June 29, 2020.
It is possible to use the current system even if the update work has been done in advance.

A3.

There is no work to be done on the day of the transition to the new method (de-Java method), but when using for the first time, please operate with plenty of time.

Please delete the existing personal computer settings (JRE8 for e-bidding only) after the electronic bidding system of each ordering organization participating in bidding has been completely migrated to the new system (post-Java), and then follow the procedure provided by the private certification authority.
