How to Use

[1] When the winning bidder has a "CECTRUST-Light" user ID
Please log in to "CECTRUST-Light", convert the contract document shown in the instructions for bidders into an electromagnetic record, electronically sign it, and send it to us.
For the user ID of our company, which is necessary for submitting the contract, please contact the "department in charge of contract" shown in the bid announcement (instruction).

[2] When the winning bidder does not have a "CECTRUST-Light" user ID
User registration (online application) is required to make an electronic contract using "CECTRUST-Light".
Our company will send the usage application URL by e-mail, so please contact us immediately to the "Department in charge of contract" shown in the bid announcement (instruction) with the name of the person in charge of the successful bidder and the contact information (mail address) of the successful bidder.
Please follow the procedure for user registration in accordance with the "Application guide (input example and flow after application)" posted on the URL for downloading the application and other materials that will be provided along with the application URL.

The procedure after user registration is the same as when [1] the successful bidder has a "CECTRUST-Light" user ID.

Notes on using

The cost of the electronic contract by this service will be borne by the orderer (the contractor does not bear the cost).
