We would like to inform you that we will change the Standard contract used in the procurement procedure performed by NEXCO EAST. The Standard contract that has been changed this time will be applied to contracts that are concluded after April 1, 2020. However, the change of the upper limit of the percentage of advance payments of the construction work, 2020 apply from those bidding published in the April 1, 2009 or later. Please confirm the contents sufficiently before bidding.
It should be noted that, 2020 which has signed a contract until March 31, 2020 even if you want to change contract after April 1, at the time of the initial contract Standard to apply the agreement.

(Note) As a transitional measure, regarding works for which a bid was announced by March 31, 2020 the maximum percentage of advance payment will be 20% and contract will be made using the transitional measure contract as before. .
