東日本高速道路株式会社 新潟支社
ＮＥＸＣＯ東日本新潟支社（新潟市中央区）では、雪の集中除雪のため、日本海東北道 中条ＩＣ～荒川胎内ＩＣ（上下線）の通行止めを実施していましたが、11時25分をもちまして解除しました。お客さまには大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。
なお、今後も２５日（日）にかけて新潟県の山間部を中心とした降雪が続く予報です。不要不急のお出かけはお控えいただき、最新の気象予報・道路情報をご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。

３．ノーマルタイヤでの雪道走行は法令違反です
高速道路上では、自力走行不能車両が１台でも発生すると、長時間の渋滞や通行止めにつながる恐れがあります。不要不急のお出かけはお控えいただき、やむを得ず高速道路をご利用される場合は、冬用タイヤについてはスタッドレス表記（国内表記）又はスノーフレークマーク（国際表記）が表示されているものを全車輪に装着いただくとともに、チェーンは駆動輪への装着をお願いいたします。また、一軸駆動車、連結車、空荷状態、年式の古い車両については、積雪路等において特に走行不能車両が発生しやすい傾向にあるので注意が必要です。
