　１月２０日（金）頃から来週にかけて、非常に強い寒気に覆われる見込みです。この影響により北日本から東日本の日本海側を中心に山沿いから平野部を含めた広い範囲で、大雪や猛吹雪となる恐れがあります。特に１月２３日(月)から１月２６日(木)は、寒気が一層強くなり、大雪や猛吹雪が予想されています。

　そのため、北日本から東日本の日本海側を中心とした高速道路では、大雪や猛吹雪により、広域的な通行止めとなる可能性があります。

　高速道路上では、自力走行不能車両が一台でも発生すると、長時間の渋滞や通行止めにつながる恐れがあります。大雪時には、不要不急のお出かけはお控えいただき、やむを得ず高速道路をご利用される場合は、必ず冬用タイヤの装着とタイヤチェーンを携行していただくとともに、特に雪道を走行する際にはチェーンの装着をお願いします。
