Article 1

Automobiles and other vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "traffic vehicles") passed by the driver under the provisions of Article 24, Paragraph 1 of the Act must pass through the Expressway toll collection facility and its vicinity in accordance with this traffic method. must.

Article 2

The meaning of the terms in this method of passage is as stipulated in Article 13 of the Law and the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Special Measures for Road Maintenance (Ministry of Construction Ordinance No. 18, 1931).

Article 3

Article 9

The passage method at the ETC facility is as specified in the following items.

Article 10

Passing methods at ETC and general manned facilities shall be as specified in the following items.

1 The ETC-equipped vehicle, when there are any instructions by the attendant to slow down or stop, shall follow the instructions and, when there are any instructions by signs or other types of indications to slow down or stop, shall follow the signs.
2 In accordance with the classification defined in Articles 3 to 5, the vehicle, not equipped with ETC, shall pass through, pursuant to the ways of passing stipulated by those Articles.

Article 11

Passing methods at ETC / general common mechanical facilities shall be as specified in the following items.

2 In accordance with the classification defined in Articles 6 to 8, the vehicle, not equipped with ETC, shall pass through, pursuant to the ways of passing stipulated by those Articles.
