East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. applied for the change of Expressway business of the company to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on the provisions of Article 3 Clause 6 of the Road Improvement Special Measures Act, and granted permission on March 22 received.
The details of the permission are attached.
The content of the permission is based on the content of the agreement to change a part of the agreement regarding the Expressway business signed with the Japan Expressway Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization on the same day.
