NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is currently offering the Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass, which allows unlimited use of Expressway within the designated area.

We are pleased to announce that we have started accepting applications for service to begin on or after Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025.

   ...新潟県内全域、長野県北信濃エリア、福島県会津エリアが乗り降り自由
2. "Niigata, Kitashinano, Aizu Tour Plan" (Set-only plan)
   ...Free access to all areas of Niigata Prefecture, the Kitashinano area of Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area of Fukushima Prefecture
   By using it in combination with a specific product, you can get a better deal than with a single plan.
3. "Niigata Tour Plan (Departure from the Tokyo Metropolitan Area and Kawagoe-Hanazono)"
   ...One round trip from the Kanto area + unlimited boarding and disembarking within Niigata Prefecture

Contents of each plan

1. "Niigata, Northern Shinano, and Aizu Tour Plan"
   You can get on and off anywhere in Niigata Prefecture, the Kitashinano area of Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area of Fukushima Prefecture.
   1. Period of use
      • [2-day plan]
        Up to 2 consecutive days, regardless of whether it is a weekday or a holiday
        (Excluding periods of high traffic congestion such as Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays.)
      • [3-day plan]
        Up to 3 consecutive days, regardless of whether it is a weekday or a holiday
        (Excluding periods of high traffic congestion such as Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays.)
   2. Target vehicle type
      Regular cars, light cars, etc. used by ETC (including motorcycles)
      ETC corporate cards cannot be used.
   3. Selling price
      
      • "All-day model (2 days)" allows you to ride as much as you want for up to 2 consecutive days, regardless of weekdays or holidays.
      • "All-day model (3 days)" allows you to ride as much as you like for up to 3 consecutive days, regardless of weekdays or holidays.

2. 「新潟・北信濃・会津周遊プラン」（セット専用プラン）
   特定の商品とのセット利用で単独プランよりもお得にご利用いただけます。新潟県内全域、長野県北信濃エリア、福島県会津エリアが乗り降り自由になります。

      平日・休日を問わず連続する最大3日間
      （GW、お盆、年末年始等の交通混雑期は除きます）。
   2. Target vehicle type
      Regular cars, light cars, etc. used by ETC (including motorcycles)

   関東方面からの1往復＋新潟県内乗り降り自由がセットになります。
