Notice of partial use of parking lot

NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office Office Utsunomiya Administration Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture) is safer and more comfortable to use the rest facility. E4 Tohoku Expressway Tsuga West Parking Area (Out-bound line) will be barrier-free and pavement repair work will be carried out.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction work being carried out with some restrictions on the use of parking lots during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

You can use the restroom and commercial facilities as usual.

1. Scheduled construction period

Toga West Parking Area Out-bound Line: From Monday, October 23, 2017 to late January 2018

Due to the construction work, the use of parking lots will be restricted as follows.

If construction cannot be performed due to stormy weather, the construction period will be extended.

On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays, there will be no barrier-free construction, so parking spaces can be used as usual.

We will make the parking lot barrier-free and repair the pavement. Construction work is divided into two parts, and the work plan is divided into (1), (2), and (3) in this order. In addition, use restrictions such as passages and parking lots will be implemented throughout the day and night.

4. Facilities that can be used during construction

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.

Since parking may be congested when parking, E4 Tohoku Expressway Sano SA, Otani PA, and E50 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation such as using Izuruhara PA and Mibu PA on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
