NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) has advanced the barrier-free Tohoku Expressway Maesawa Service Area (SA), which will be opened on Thursday, April 27. I will inform you now.
Maesawa SA had a height difference (approximately 3.5m) between the parking lot and the restroom / commercial facility, which caused a burden when traveling, but by installing an elevator, customers can use it comfortably. We made it a facility.
We apologize for any inconvenience and inconvenience caused to the customer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
