NEXCO東日本 谷和原管理事務所（茨城県つくばみらい市）は、E6常磐自動車道（以下「常磐道」）三郷料金所スマートインターチェンジ（以下「スマートIC」）の東京方面への入口および東京方面からの出口が、令和7年3月22日（土）15時に開通することを記念して、「一番乗り（1号車から5号車まで）」のお客さまに記念品を贈呈する営業開始セレモニーを実施しますのでお知らせします。応募方法等の詳細は、以下の実施概要をご確認ください。

3. 3. Contents of the event
Five customers who apply in advance using the "4. Application Method" below will be selected by lottery to receive a "Certificate of Passage" and a "Souvenir." The order of cars 1 to 5 will also be decided by lottery and will be announced at that time.
Winners will be asked to use Joban Expressway from the smart IC (In-bound) towards Tokyo.

◆How to apply◆
- Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
- We do not accept applications over the phone.
- Misato Tollgate Smart IC is an ETC-only facility, so you will need to use ETC.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
- 抽選結果のご連絡は、当選者の方へのメールをもって代えさせていただきます。
