NEXCO EAST Sendai Management Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai City) will be closing the entrance and exit ramps for both inbound and outbound lanes at Tsukidate Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "IC") on the E4 Tohoku Expressway Expressway at night for pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

2. Detour

The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Tohoku Expressway　Pavement repair work will be performed at the entrance/exit ramp of the Tsukidate IC on both the up and down lines due to progressive deterioration of the pavement. The section where this work is to be performed is a single lane, and since it is not possible to perform the work with normal lane restrictions, it will be necessary to close the ramp for the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, so that the work can be carried out in an intensive and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
