NEXCO EAST (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Yuki Fumihiko) and NEXCO CENTRAL (headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya; President and Chief Executive Officer CEO: Nawata Tadashi), in collaboration with the Shinshu Campaign Executive Committee (chairman: Abe Shuichi, Governor of Nagano Prefecture), will launch the "Shinshu Tour Free Pass," a special discount exclusively for ETC-equipped vehicles that will allow unlimited use of Expressway in Nagano Prefecture for a fixed fare, from Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
This free pass is jointly planned every year by NEXCO EAST and NEXCO CENTRAL with the aim of promoting tourism in Nagano Prefecture and encouraging use of Expressway, so that people can fully explore the attractions of Shinshu, such as Kurumayama Sky Terrace and Tsugaike Nature Park.
Three plans are available to suit the needs of each customer: a "Metropolitan Area Departure Plan," a "Nagoya Departure Plan," and a "Sightseeing Plan." All plans come with benefits such as discounts on admission fees to tourist attractions in Nagano Prefecture, and if you answer a questionnaire after using the service, you will be entered into a lottery to win wonderful prizes such as merchandise featuring Nagano Prefecture's PR character, "Arukuma."

1. 1. Period of use
For up to two or three consecutive days starting from Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
- Blackout dates will be set to ease congestion Expressway, so please check the application reception page for blackout dates.
2. Target model
Regular cars, light cars, etc. (including motorcycles) used in ETC.
- ETC corporate card cannot be used.

- Metropolitan area departure plan (1 round trip from the metropolitan area departure area to the tour area and free entry and exit within the tour area)
- Nagoya Departure Plan (One round trip from the Nagoya departure area to the tour area and free entry and exit within the tour area)
