高速道路ネットワークを賢く使う取組の一環として、休憩施設等の不足を解消し、良好な運転環境を実現するため、高速道路からの一時退出を可能とする「賢い料金」の試行を、現在全国24箇所の道の駅を対象に実施しております。
この度、新たに対象箇所として、道の駅「常総」において、社会実験を開始いたします。
高速道路からの乗り降りを自由とし、道の駅への立ち寄りを可能とした一時退出社会実験については、高速道路利用者が、休憩や買い物、食事、周辺の交通観光情報の入手、「道の駅」が提供する多様なサービスを利用可能となります。
また、「道の駅」においても、広域的な利用者増加による地域活性化が期待できます。

3. Content
Limited to vehicles equipped with ETC2.0, if you stop at the roadside station "Joso" from Joso IC and then re-enter from the same IC within 2 hours and use the forward direction, you will be able to reach your destination via Expressway The fare will be adjusted to be the same as if you had used the bus without getting off the bus.
