NEXCO EAST Chiba Management Office (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) will be closed at night to repair pavement and replace signboards at the entrance ramp of the E14 Keiyo Road In-bound To do.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.
1. 1. Closing location and date and time
(1) Closed location: Keiyo Road In-bound Line Hanawa IC entrance (toward Tokyo) ramp

(2) Date and time
- In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.

2. Detour
Please refer to the figure below for the detour.
Keiyo Road via Route 14, it will take about 14 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.
3. Construction overview
京葉道路 上り線 花輪ICの入口ランプにおいて、路面の損傷が発生しているため、舗装補修工事を実施します。また、標識板へのナンバリングを行うため、標識板取替工事を実施します。この工事を行う区間は1車線であり、工事実施にあたって通常の車線規制では施工が出来ないことから、ランプ閉鎖をして作業を行う必要があります。
そのため、お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない平日の夜間にランプの閉鎖を行い、工事を集中的かつ効率的に実施します。安全・快適に高速道路をご利用いただくために必要な工事ですので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。
