For detours, please refer to the attached document [PDF: 329KB].
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Tohoku Expressway Toll booth roof removal work will be performed on the exit and entrance lanes of the Kunimi IC. Since there are only two lanes each at the exit and entrance ramps, it is necessary to close the two lanes (exit or entrance ramps) for the work to be carried out, as it is not possible to carry out the work with the usual one-lane restriction.
Therefore, to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramps will be closed during weekday evenings when traffic volume is low, so that work can be carried out in a concentrated and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
