NEXCO EAST　The Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) will conduct pavement repair work at the Sakata Central Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") to Sakata Minato IC and the Tsuruoka West IC to Shonai Airport IC on the E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Nitto Road") and E48 Yamagata Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Yamagata Road") from Tsuruoka IC to Tsuruoka Junction (hereinafter referred to as "JCT") on the up and down lines. The road will be closed at night due to pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time for your trip.

• In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.

2. Detour

For detours, please refer to Attachments 1 and 2 [PDF: 573KB].
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the road surface at the Sakata Chuo IC⇔ Sakata Minato IC, Tsuruoka Nishi IC ⇔ Shonai Airport IC on the Nitto Expressway and the Tsuruoka IC ⇔ Tsuruoka JCT on the Yamagata Expressway Upper and Lower Lines, pavement repair work will be carried out. In order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the road at night on weekdays when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
