At NEXCO EAST Morioka Management Office (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture), E4 A night-time closure will be implemented at the entrance ramp to In-bound lanes of Morioka Minami Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Tohoku Expressway") to repair damaged pavement.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

1. Closed location and date and time

2. Detour

The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Tohoku Expressway　In-bound Repair work will be performed on the entrance ramp at the Morioka-Minami Interchange due to pavement damage. The section where this work will be performed is a single lane, and since it is not possible to perform the work with normal lane restrictions, it will be necessary to close the ramp for the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, so that the work can be carried out in an intensive and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

Four. How to obtain traffic information
