NEXCO EAST Akita Management Office (Akita City, Akita Prefecture) will close the night ramps at the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Kawabe Junction (JCT) for seismic retrofitting work as follows.
Therefore, when you go out, please leave with plenty of time, and when you drive, please detour to National Highway No. 13.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who use the Expressway, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the construction work necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
