NEXCO EAST Hachinohe Management Office (Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture) is E4A Hachinohe Expressway Hachinohe Junction (JCT) -Hachinohe Kita Interchange (IC) (upper and lower lines) and Hachinohe JCT-Hachinohe JCT toll office (Out-bound line), E4A Momoishi Toll Road Hachinohe Kita IC and Shimoda Hyakuseki IC (upper and lower lines), we will close the road at night due to pavement repair work.
This work is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment on the Expressway We will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

5 Construction content

We will carry out pavement repair work, sign improvement work associated with numbering measures, and night traffic closures associated with traffic safety facility work.

6 Regarding transfer fare adjustment due to suspension of traffic

Passengers who flow out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic, bypass the suspension of traffic, and then transfer again in the same direction, will make "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the segment used. 8 Efforts to minimize inconvenience to customers due to construction work

(1) Strengthening information provision
In addition to the information board (lightning bulletin board) on the Expressway will be closed Hachinohe Expressway (Johoji IC-Hachinohe IC, Hachinohe JCT-Hachinohe Kita IC) and Momoishi Toll Road (Hachinohe Kita IC-Shimoda Hyakuseki IC).
